Course Approval Requests

Complete the form linked below 30 days prior to the start of a course for each course to receive the approval from SENEDIA to run.  Course approval includes the course ID, which must be included in all future deliverables for the course, including course invoice and course completion report.

Course Completion Reports

Complete the forms linked below upon the completion of the course.  Email the forms to [email protected] and [email protected].  Complete a course completion report and class roster for each course funded by SENEDIA.
